Dangling dummies disturb drivers in Vegas: Dummies hanging from nooses were part of an apparent impromptu campaign at multiple billboards around Las Vegas Wednesday morning. Nevada Highway Patrol first received reports of a black billboard with white writing next to Interstate 15 and Bonanza Road. On the billboard, the words "Dying for work" were written with a dummy in a business suit hanging underneath by a rope.
