F-1324 BENNISON, DANIEL L. NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER By virtue of the power of sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt by Daniel L. Bennison to Bank of America, N.A., dated September 29, 2006 and filed for record October 12, 2006 in Deed Book 9125, Page 225, Cherokee County, Georgia records, and securing a Note in the original principal amount of $146,000.00, there will be sold at a public outcry for cash to the highest bidder before the Courthouse door of Cherokee County, Georgia, between the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in May, 2011, by Bank of America, N.A. as Attorney-in-Fact for Daniel L. Bennison the following property to-wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 1107 of the 21st District, 2nd Section of Cherokee County Georgia and being Lot 227 of Ridge Mill, Phase 1, as per Plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 89, Pages 103 through 105, and all revisions of said plat, if any, Cherokee County, Georgia Records. I said there is a large circular artery near this hospital and that I could not remember the name of the road. Ben, there is/was a meeting close to this hospital. I was there maybe 5-6 years ago.
