Criminal Predators in the AA rooms (and rehabs)

We continue to see cases of predators hunting on the rooms, grooming and stalking their prey and sometimes the children of their prey.

I submit that members aware of the criminal activity should also be held accountable. If someone in the AA rooms admits to criminal actions, others in the rooms have a responsibility to report that to law enforcement authorities.

I would submit they should be charged with obstruction of justice, and also held personally liable in civil court because of their failure to report criminal activity, such as the athletic department in the Sandusky case is now going through.

This is the real difference between the rooms of AA and grocery stores, coffee shops etc that the AA apologists continue to campare. People outside the rooms of AA do not condone or remain silent in the presence of criminal evil.

I would also submit that if there is a group effort to pass along a predator to another set of unsuspecting victims by sending the predator to another AA group, or for that matter another rehab business, that would be a willful act of coverup that RICO statutes should come into play.

Did you forget to choke down your Prozac or Zoloft or whatever it is you need for that nasty PMS, causeandnoeffect? I wouldn't let my children anywhere near a stepper. Ever. And steppers always, always talk about aa in public & to anyone that will listen to them babble. And they parrot the cult speak. They are obvious. And they will never be anywhere near a stepper. If I found out a coach, dance teacher, teacher @ school, person @ church anywhere they interact was a stepper & I would find out my children would be gone immediately. Its easy to control keeping steppers out of your children's life's. If any child I know was forced to attend aa or na I would escort them to every meeting. Again its easy to spot steppers they can't keep their mouths shut about aa & they parrot constantly & consistently & they have blank cult stares & demeanors. And they are raging self righteous hypocrites & are easy to spot & avoid.

Your children - if indeed you somehow have any - do not need you hanging all over them and protecting them from everything you think is harmful. And once they are away from you (I will keep them in my prayers) they will live their lives as they damn well see fit, no matter what restrictions or blockades you suggest to them. You cannot keep them in a box. You cannot suffer their pains for them. They have a right to live, not just exist. If you take away their freedom to choose the people they want to spend time with you will lose them. You'll see.

I do not represent AA. If you want to keep them away from steppers, a) good fuckin luck, they're everywhere, and b) you will be making the forbidden look even more enticing. It just ain't gonna work.

I have certainly heard people say they wanted to strangle someone, but that isn't the same as saying that you did it. I daresay there are even people on this board you'd like to strangle. I don't disgust you enough that you don't hone in on every post of mine although I've asked you to feel free to not even read them.

I have no idea who Danny is or was at that time, and I don't care. As far as I am concerned, there are posters on this board that follow him around on the internet and try to bait him, which surely doesn't make them victims. They could leave him alone and not even mention him, but they do regularly. No wonder he wants to come back here. You give him too much attention.

I didn't believe her story, Cause. That is my right. The reference to what happened yesterday was JR putting up a case that he falsely linked two parties to AA when there was no connection.

Now, how much more time are you going to devote to this? And I can see that you aren't disgusted enough. Yet.

Cause, which case are you talking about? The case involving the man in Ontario didn't have a link to AA, although JR said it did. I read his link.

The man that molested the children met the mother in AA and he was a child molester. He would have abused children if he had met their mom at the mall, but that wouldn't make the mall responsible.

Now, why should someone continue to "discuss" anything with someone that is behaving as childishly as you? When you can behave like a somewhat sophisticated middle aged woman that you are, I'll respond.
